Boels Zanders assists Aareon on the acquisition of CubicEyes

Roald Subnel and Marie-Louise Kneepkens of the Mergers and Acquisitions team have assisted Aareon Nederland B.V. in the acquisition of all shares in the share capital of CubicEyes B.V. The transaction was completed on 21 October 2022.
