Boels Zanders advised Entrust Corporation on the acquisition of Evidos

Boels Zanders advised the American company Entrust Corporation on the acquisition of Evidos. The acquisition advances Entrust as a global player in the fast-growing $2.3 billion market for trusted electronic signatures, a key element of digital transformation. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
