Boels Zanders advised Inter Primo with the acquisition of Essentra Extrusion (Groningen)

Inter Primo A/S, an international company active in the sale, development and production of customized plastic profiles, recently acquired Essentra Extrusion. The Inter Primo group consists of more than 10 extrusion companies in Europe and China, among others, with a combined turnover of over EUR 150 million and approximately 1,100 employees. Essentra Extrusion is a pioneer in the field of plastic profiles.

Under the leadership of Janou Briaire, Boels Zanders advised on the Dutch aspects of the transaction, including a due diligence. This transaction has been accomplished in close cooperation with Mr. Jonas Kristian Bovbjerg (LIND Law, Denemark) and his team.
