Boels Zanders advised Interduct on the acquisition of the TOPS- companies

The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team of Boels Zanders assisted Interduct Holding B.V. with the acquisition of TOPS Luchtfilters B.V., TOPS WTW-filters B.V. and WTW-filtersOnline B.V. (the TOPS Group). The transaction took place on 26 April 2021. Interduct strengthens its position as the specialist for a sustainable healthy and comfortable indoor climate.
