Boels Zanders advised propagation company Gipmans Groep on the acquisition of Schreurs Plantenkwekerij. Gipmans is a major Dutch player in the sector, with 49 million euros in annual turnover and 130 permanent employees, supplemented by 250 seasonal employees. Schreurs Plantenkwekerij achieves an annual turnover of approximately 12 million euros. The team of Boels Zanders consisted of Jeroen Oehlen and Milou Segers.
