Boels Zanders advised The Jekill & Hyde Company and its shareholders Fema International BV and Maja GmbH on the sale of a majority share to ABN Amro Participaties.

The Jekill & Hyde Company (main office in Belfeld, The Netherlands) is the world’s fastest-growing manufacturer, producer, and supplier of electronically adjustable exhaust systems. The group has affiliates in various European countries, Singapore, Japan, Canada and the United States. ABN AMRO Participaties is an experienced investor in medium sized Dutch businesses with a proven track record and growth potential.
