Boels Zanders advised ToyChamp on the acquisition of seven Intertoys XL stores

Boels Zanders advised ToyChamp on the acquisition of seven Intertoys XL stores. The Toychamp Group ownes several XL-stores in both The Netherlands and in Belgium. With this purchase, ToyChamp acquired the XL-stores located in Rotterdam, Utrecht, Almere, Hoofddorp, Roermond, Middelburg and Breda. These large experience stores are mostly situated outside the city center and fit the ToyChamp philosophy. Because of this acquisition, employment of all 100 employees involved is guaranteed.
