Boels Zanders advises Boels Rental on the acquisition of Abird

Boels Zanders advised Boels Rental on the acquisition of Driba Holding BV. Driba is the topholding of the Abird group. The transaction was realized on 20 December 2017. Luuk Hendriks led the team of Boels Zanders on the transaction.

Abird operates throughout the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, and achieves an annual turnover of €27 million. The company has seven branches and employs 127 people. It specialises in the rental of industrial tools, welding equipment, hoisting and lifting gear, and air, light and power apparatus.
