Boels Zanders advised on the sale of Pulse Business Solutions and Axtension B.V. to CRM Partners Group B.V. CRM Partners Group, one of the leading Customer Engagement organizations, has achieved further expansion by the acquisition. With this, CRM Partners has made the strategic choice to provide end-to-end solutions for all business processes of its customers.

CRM Partners Group B.V. now employs 360 people. The group’s annual turnover grows to 50 million euros.
