Roald Subnel and Madelène Leurs of the Mergers and Acquisitions team have advised Aareon AG with the acquisition of the shares of Kolibri Nederland B.V. and Vertilligence II B.V. in BriqVest B.V. and Twinq Holding B.V. Aareon is continuing its international growth strategy by expanding its market presence in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Twinq.
Roald and Madelène guided the deal from start to finish. The deal included an extensive due diligence investigation. The transaction was realized on May 7.
