Boels Zanders assists Palion Ingredients in the transaction of Palital Holding

Boels Zanders assisted Palion Ingredients BV in the sale of a minority interest of Palital Holding BV to Arvesta. The transaction was completed on 30 April 2020. Within Boels Zanders, Madelène Leurs and Luuk Hendriks were responsible for this transaction.
