Brexit and disputes in international trade relations

It is yet unclear how Brexit will definitively pan out, but the fact that it will have consequences which will affect international trade relations is indisputable. Say, for example, you supply goods or services to the UK, or are about to enter into a partnership with a foreign company. In international trade, parties often agree to have their contracts governed by English law, and to submit disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, regardless of whether either party is based in the UK. Brexit may have consequences for disputes regarding agreements in such contracts, as well as the arbitration of those disputes.
