Nick Kooistra

Nick Kooistra is specialised in tenancy law, condominium law, and laws and regulations involving housing corporations.

 

Nick’s clients include housing corporations, investors, retailers, homeowners associations, and homeowners’ association managers. He regularly advises on establishing and changing lease agreements and terms and conditions. He also counsels homeowners associations and homeowners’ association managers in establishing and changing the partition deed and house rules.

 

Nick also has a litigation practice and litigates for his clients in tenancy law, condominium law, and other real estate disputes.

 

Nick completed the condominium law course at the Institute for Construction Law (IBR) in 2013, and is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Attorneys (VJOJ) and the Condominium Law Attorney’s Association (JvA).

 

Nick has worked at Boels Zanders as an attorney since 2009.
