Judith Wintgens-van Luijn appointed partner at Boels Zanders Advocaten

As of 1 January 2018, Judith Wintgens-van Luijn will become a partner at Boels Zanders Advocaten. As a result of the accession of Judith and the stepping down of Wim Eikendal, who has reached retirement age, Boels Zanders will continue to have twenty partners.

Judith has been working at Boels Zanders since 2008 within the company law specialisation, with an emphasis on transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, types of partnerships), governance and compliance issues. Judith is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Team and the Education Team, and leads the Healthcare Team. As team leader of the Healthcare Team, she is the first point of contact for all multidisciplinary legal healthcare issues.
