As HR manager, Anne Pouwels is responsible for developing and implementing HR policy. Her responsibilities also include various operational HR tasks. An important part of her duties is to facilitate various matters for Boels Zanders, so that the organisation can recruit, deploy, stimulate and develop its employees in order to provide the best possible legal services to our clients.
During and after her studies at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Eindhoven (Human Resource Management) and Maastricht University (International Business), Anne gained wide-ranging experience working with a variety of companies, which has benefited her clear and straightforward approach to the field. For Anne, HR means focusing on communication in the widest sense of the word. HR is the link between policy and implementation and between managers and staff, but it is there for everyone.
