Christiane Verfuurden specialises in law of persons, family and inheritance law and inheritance law. She has been working exclusively in these areas of law for more than ten years. In practice, this means that she assists clients in divorces, maintenance issues, care and visitation arrangements, division of joint assets, settlement of prenuptial agreements and inheritance issues.

These are often emotionally charged matters, in which it can be difficult for the client to keep an overview. In that case, there is often not only a need for legal advice, but also for practical tools for making progress. Christiane's aim is to provide her clients with the best possible support in all areas in order to achieve a sustainable solution to their case. She does this both as a lawyer and as a mediator.

Christiane is an active member of the Association of Family Lawyers & Divorce Mediators (vFAS). As such, she is registered not only as a lawyer specialised in family and inheritance law and inheritance law, but also as a divorce mediator. Christiane is a member of the Netherlands Federation of Mediators (MfN) and, as a lawyer, is a member of the editorial staff of the Advocatenblad legal journal.
