Jeroen Tulfer runs a corporate law practice in which he works within the Corporate Advisory team and the Insolvency & Restructuring team. Jeroen is team leader of the Corporate Advisory team and he heads up the Insolvency & Restructuring team at our Eindhoven office.

Thanks to his role as a receiver, Jeroen has extensive experience in advising and litigating on insolvency law-related national and international issues and representing companies in difficulty. He is therefore the right person to assist parties wishing to restart a business, parties facing payment problems or bankruptcy, or those wishing to restructure their business, whether or not through a composition with creditors.

In addition to his expertise in insolvency law, Jeroen specialises in corporate law. Jeroen advises and, if necessary, litigates on behalf of his clients on shareholder disputes and directors’ liability. Issues relating to joint ventures, shareholder agreements, the restructuring of legal entities or partnerships (professional, general or limited) are also part of his area of expertise.

He is driven and loyal to his clients and colleagues. Jeroen has been a lawyer since 2000. Jeroen joined Boels Zanders Advocaten in August 2002 and has been a partner since 2014. He regularly gives workshops on legal topics within his field of expertise. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Insolvency Lawyers (Insolad) and the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association.

Jeroen Tulfer graduated cum laude from the Grotius Insolvency Law postgraduate course at Nijmegen University, in 2006. In 2021, he went on to graduate cum laude from the Grotius Company Law and Business postgraduate course, at the same university. In 2022, Jeroen Tulfer graduated from the Restructuring Expert course at Leiden University. Jeroen also regularly writes blogs on current and interesting legal topics and is a member of the editorial staff of OR Updates (www.or-updates.nl)
