As director of the executive board, Johan enjoys the full range of issues with which he may engage. Leadership, like the legal profession, involves give and take to achieve your goals together. It requires commitment and a positive, constructive attitude, so that you move forward based on equality and understanding of each other.
Johan studied Business Economics and Administrative Information Science, followed by a postgraduate degree in EDP Auditing. After various management and board positions, he joined the Boels Zanders executive board in 2017, of which he is now a member along with Remco Rosbeek and Harm Heynen.
