Louis runs a real estate practice focusing on construction (liability) law and property development. He also has a broadly based procurement law practice. In both practices, he prefers to work with clients informally and based on partnership. Louis is their confidential counsellor, the first name that comes to clients’ minds whenever a legal problem arises.
As a lawyer, he is first and foremost committed to finding the best solution for his clients as well as fostering understanding between the parties of the interests at stake. From this perspective, he works with his colleagues to devise creative solutions. Louis is the first point of contact within the Procurement, Competition and Construction Law expert groups.
Louis has successfully completed the Grotius specialisation programme in Procurement Law and the specialisation programme in Private Construction Law. He is a partner at our firm, where he has worked since 2004. Louis is a member of the Roermond Real Estate Society, Zamen, Construction Law Association, Association of Construction Law Practitioners (VBR-A) and construction forum Vitruvius.
