Max van de Wolde
Max is a member of the Corporate Law Team, with the emphasis of his practice being on insolvency and restructuring.
Max van de Wolde specialises in company law.
Max is an experienced problem-solver, both in a wide range of disputes and in situations where the parties wish to cooperate. He drafts commercial contracts and advises entrepreneurs in negotiations. Furthermore, Max regularly acts for bankruptcy trustees, creditors and companies in difficulty. In that capacity, he advises on matters including debt collection processes, directors’ liability, employee rights, ownership issues and the admissibility of transactions. Needless to say, Max litigates in issues where it is necessary or desirable.
Max is the chair of the Legal Tech Team. He has a particular focus on the modernisation of legal services. These include generating contracts through software, advising on blockchain and crypto applications and searching through large amounts of data.
Max joined Boels Zanders in 2012 and has been a lawyer since 2013. In 2018, Max completed the specialisation course ‘Insolvency law for bankruptcy trustees’ (cum laude) and in 2020 the Grotius specialisation course ‘National and International Contracts’.
