Monique Schreurs runs a broad trade and corporate law practice, focused on compliance issues, national and international commercial contracts (distribution, agency, terms and conditions, procurement, and sale of goods and services), and conducting proceedings. Monique runs the legal compliance and supervision team and she also is a member of the commercial contracts and process & liability teams. Monique is also a member of our Belgian Desk.

Monique completed the Data Protection Officer learning course of Maastricht University in 2019. Monique Schreurs is a member of the Dutch Association for Procedural Law and the Association for Civil Law. She has worked at Boels Zanders since 2001 and became a salary partner in 2012.
