Tim specialises in M&A transactions, shareholder relations and company law issues and supervises cross-border projects (particularly with Germany). In this work, he can fall back on his experience in M&A and corporate and insolvency law, mostly gained in the M&A department of an international law firm in Düsseldorf (Germany).
Tim studied law (master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice) at the University of Amsterdam. Tim has been a lawyer since 2019, working at Boels Zanders since 2021.
