Ward advises and litigates on all aspects of public procurement law. He routinely advises on the relevance and scope of the Public Procurement Act, guides procurers in the organisation of procurement procedures, and represents his clients’ interests in both legal proceedings and complaints procedures before the Public Procurements Experts Committee. He also has extensive experience in setting up legally sustainable public-private partnerships and real estate related contract negotiations.
Ward has worked as an attorney for Boels Zanders since 2008. He completed the Grotius European and Dutch Public Procurement Law specialisation course with honours in 2014.
