Sometimes he represents them, sometimes the other side. If they regard each other not as an enemy, but as a party they have to work with for the longer term, the outcome will be better for everyone. Xander has an extensive public law practice specialising in government contracting. Other focal points in his practice are planning and environmental law (environment, construction, urban planning and area development), grants and subsidies, government liability law, nature conservation law, sanction decisions and administrative procedure law.
