With effect from 1 December 2022, Tarkett M Wall Holding B.V. is the new owner of the shares of M Wall B.V. and M-Projectservice B.V. With the legal support from Boels Zanders, MBarca B.V. has sold the entire share capital, with MBarca B.V. and Tarkett GDL S.A. holding the shares in the new holding company. MBarca will join forces with Tarkett to further develop their wall cladding products and new markets, offering integrated solutions from floor to wall.
