Competition law & state aid

When a public body places a contract on the market, it should do so transparently, on a level playing field and on market terms. Where this is not the case, state aid is involved, which is permitted only under strict conditions. The Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) monitors whether businesses are restricting competition.

Our competition law & state aid team has extensive, specialist knowledge in the field of procurement, competition and state aid. We advise public authorities and businesses when it comes to awarding or accepting a public contract. If legal assistance is obtained on time, financial problems and/or damage to image can be avoided.

We are ready for you.
