Environmental law

Environmental law is an important part of administrative law and is a collective term for all legislation concerning the physical living environment. An area of law consisting of separate acts relating to soil, water, air, buildings, etc., which means that in many cases you will have to deal with different sectoral interests when expanding or constructing new premises.

Our environmental law team assists public authorities in making decisions, but also businesses that wish to object to the decision made by the public authority. Examples include issues relating to spatial planning, construction, the environment, water, nature conservation and general administration. In the case of all these issues, we act both in an advisory and a litigating capacity.

We are ready for you.
