Procurement law

A procurement procedure must be transparent and verifiable and must meet the applicable requirements. All the rules surrounding a public tender are set out in the Dutch Public Procurement Act 2012 (Aanbestedingswet 2012). These rules ensure that public authorities purchase with integrity and that you as an entrepreneur have a fair opportunity to win a public contract.

During a tender procedure, it is advisable to take a critical look at the legal aspects. Our procurement lawyers have specialist knowledge regarding procurement, competition and state aid and have extensive experience with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).

We are ready for you.
