People / Judith Wintgens – van Luijn

Judith likes to devote her time to promoting good healthcare and good education, innovation and sustainability in all facets of the economy and society. She is a strategic sounding board for her clients, with whom she formulates clear goals and devises solutions to move forward. Because that’s what makes the legal profession so special for Judith: that she can really add value for her clients.

Judith has a corporate law practice. She focuses in particular on the semi-public sector, where she advises on various forms of cooperation and supervises mergers and acquisitions. Judith heads up the Healthcare sector team. She also advises on governance and employee participation issues, corporate structures, quality assurance and compliance. From her involvement in the education sector, her areas of focus include education and childcare.

Judith regularly gives guest lectures on healthcare governance, including at Utrecht University and Maastricht University. She also works with Anouk Cordang and other colleagues to conduct masterclasses in governance and employee participation for directors and supervisors, organised by Supervisie Limburg, Bestuurderscentrum and Maastricht University (UMIO).

Judith has been a lawyer and partner at our firm since 2006. She is a member of the Commercial Law Association, the Health Law Association (VGR) and the Education Law Association (VvO). Before 2006, Judith was a lecturer and researcher at the law faculty of Radboud University in Nijmegen.
