Marc Leclair

Marc Leclair has been working as a lawyer at Boels Zanders since 2011. He specialises in corporate law and is a member of the Insolvency & Restructuring, Finance & Securities and Brightlands teams. Marc regularly represents companies in difficulty and supervises restarts and extrajudicial restructurings. Marc also counsels companies and banks in matters concerning loans, credits and (the enforcement of) securities (suretyships, pledges, mortgage rights, etc.). Furthermore, he advises and guides clients on securities law (Financial Supervision Act) and has expertise in the Uniform Recovery Framework for Interest Derivatives. He studied Dutch Law at the University of Tilburg (master: Corporate Law). In 2015 Marc completed the CPO training in Insolvency Law for Trustees (cum laude) and in 2018 he completed the INSOLAD/Grotius specialisation course in Insolvency Law. Marc is a member of INSOLAD, the specialist association for Insolvency Law practitioners.
