From that relationship of trust, he helps to find solutions and will, if necessary, take decisive action to get the job done and move everyone forward, both the organisation and the person or people behind it.

As a lawyer, Roald specialises in assisting and advising on mergers and acquisitions, start-ups and scale-ups, participations, joint ventures, structuring and restructuring. He also conducts a broadly based corporate and company law practice and has extensive experience in complex international (mainly M&A) transactions.

Roald has an international network of clients in small and medium-sized enterprises and listed companies at home and abroad. Roald is a member of the Dutch Commercial Law Association and the Dutch Lawyers Association (NJV). He has been a lawyer since 1984.
