Xander Wynands appointed partner at Boels Zanders Advocaten

As from 1 January 2019, Xander Wynands will be appointed partner at Boels Zanders Advocaten. The appointment of Xander will increase the number of partners at Boels Zanders to 21.

Xander has been employed at Boels Zanders since 2007. He currently leads the Administrative Law team. He has an extensive public law practice specialising in government contracting. Other focal points in his practice are environmental law (environment, construction, town and country planning and area development), grants and subsidies, government liability law, nature conservation law, sanction decisions and administrative procedure law.

As a member of the Food & Agri Team, Xander is also the contact person for all public law issues from this sector.

Giving Back city committee

On behalf of Boels Zanders, Xander Wynands will be taking a seat on the city committee of Giving Back Eindhoven. The Giving Back Foundation counsels ambitious school pupils and students from a background in which continued study at a university or university of applied science is not an automatic next step. “I am proud that together with the Giving Back Foundation we are also able to make a social contribution in the Eindhoven region by supporting the development of school pupils/students, many of whom come from a multicultural background,” commented Xander Wynands. “It is my hope that many other businesses and combined schools from the region will be open to an introduction to Giving Back, in order to offer talented young people from our region a more attractive Giving Back programme.”
